We invite you to participate in an event that celebrates our maritime tradition! "Homo na Jidra Malinska" features a review and regatta of traditional sailing boats along with an exciting entertainment program.

04/09 - Thursday
10:00 AM, Ivana Klobučarića Square
"Armižaj and Bordižaj" – workshop on tying sailor knots and basics of sailing at sea for children
6:00 PM – "From the Shipyard to the Lantern" – guided interpretive walk
7:00 PM, Ivan Klobučarić Square
Workshop on tying sailor knots & fish salting demonstration, performance by TRIO CRIKVENICA

05/09 - Friday
Arrival of traditional boats at Porat harbor
7:00 PM - 8:00 PM – "Od Porta do porta," a regatta of traditional boats between Porat and Malinska
8:00 PM - 9:00 PM – "Dancing Under the Stars" – review of traditional sailing boats with classical music performed by Trio Veljak, and light effects
9:00 PM - 12:00 AM, Ivana Klobučarića Square – Performance by Klapa Intriga and a feast with catering services

06/09 – Saturday
Malinska Square & Water Area
10:00 AM - 6:00 PM – Review of traditional sailing boats in Malinska harbor
12:00 PM - 4:00 PM – 7th Regatta of Traditional Boats "Homo na Jidra – Nikola Jurić Memorial"
7:00 PM – Announcement of results and awards ceremony (in front of the DUBoak Interpretation Center)
8:00 PM – Feast with catering services, featuring performances by HARI RONČEVIĆ & Band + SPEEN Band

All participants of the "Homo na Jidra" Nikola Jurić Memorial Regatta receive free access to the DUBoak Interpretation Center for Maritime Heritage on September 5th and 6th, 2025.
