Malinska Outdoor Weekend

Reserve the Weekend for Outdoor Activities in Malinska from November 7th till 9th, 2025.

07.-09.11.2025.

Welcome to the Island of Krk, an oasis of positive energy, within reach for all active vacation enthusiasts!

The Malinska area, in the northwestern part of the Island of Krk, is characterized by lush vegetation and forests of downy oak (dub). Its favorable geographical position protects it from winds, and its rich cultural heritage, centuries-old olive groves, hidden beaches, and views of the entire Kvarner region provide the perfect backdrop for an active holiday.

Accessible and undemanding trails at low altitudes are suitable for families with children. Due to its location and mild Mediterranean climate, Malinska is an ideal year-round destination for running, cycling, hiking, walking, kayaking...

Join us for the fourth edition of the Malinska Outdoor Weekend and discover why autumn in Malinska is so magical :)

The hike starts at Hotel Malin, from where we ascend through the hamlets in the hinterland of Malinska to St. Vitus Miholjice. Crossing the main island road, the path leads to the archaeological site of Cickini, where we will explore the remains of a Roman settlement and an early Christian church. We pass through the abandoned villages of Sršići and Semenj, whose stone remains testify to a bygone way of life. Walking through forested areas bordered by dry-stone walls allows for relaxation in an authentic island setting.
